The Ask

Build a global webinar program from scratch for ION Group — one of the world's leading financial software companies — serving Fortune 500 clients across multiple time zones.

My role

I built the program infrastructure and managed the platform setup, assets, rehearsals and stakeholder communications across two years and twelve programs.

The Challenge

The program needed a new platform and repeatable processes for global speakers, stakeholders, and audiences across time zones.

The Solution

I established platform workflows, prepared program assets, ran rehearsals, and managed stakeholder communications.
