The Ask

Give a veteran-owned carving business a professional brand presence that reflected the quality and character of the work.

My role

I revamped the brand, created the logo, and designed the website and business cards. I connected the message and visual identity so the business would be recognizable wherever customers encountered it.

The Challenge

The craft and personality were already there. The existing presentation didn’t do them justice. The work was to sharpen the brand without losing the character that made Happy Beaver memorable.

The Solution

I carried the refreshed identity across customer touchpoints. The website brought Carmen’s carvings and customer testimonials forward so prospective buyers could see the work and hear from her customers.
